The Daily Princetonian is Princeton University’s leading daily publication. Founded in 1876, the ‘Prince’ is student-run and operates independently of the University. Though our focus has traditionally been on the print newspaper, we’ve wholeheartedly embraced online journalism, with over 1.5 million site visits in the first half of 2020. We’ve gained a larger audience through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The ‘Prince’ strives to achieve high journalistic standards and drive on-campus dialogue about pressing issues.
